This is just one of several law suits filed against the borough and/or members of the police department. Make you think.

Another frivolous lawsuit wasting the time and money of the borough.

Rule 1 - Don't do drugs.

Rule 2 - If you're going to do drugs, don't swallow the crap when the cops get you, cause who knows whats in it.

What terrible comments. God forbid it should happen to one of your own and if it did you would expect the officers to handle the situation accordingly with common sense and procedure and like someone's life may be in their hands, because it was. The obligation to do their job and to do the right thing goes beyond who they think deserves help. If he wasn't who he was he would have got the help he deserved. That is a violation of civil rights. Yes, there were criminal charges, and there are consequences imposed for those but I am pretty sure they don't include death. Are you insinuating that he deserved to die? Frivolous?I guess if this happened to your child you wouldn't want justice. He was dependent on those he was in the custody of to help him. The circumstance should have been addressed and the outcome should have been avoided. Isn't that the point?
