I know it's a holiday weekend and parking is scarce at River Park, but why are boaters given special treatment? The signs clearly say KEEP OFF GRASS, but there were at least half a dozen vehicles with boat trailers parked ON THE GRASS.
I wonder if anyone without a trailer would be given the same latitude.
And here I was, worried about even WALKING on the grass.
I guess KEEP OFF GRASS is an admonition not to smoke marijuana.

Is it a PARK or a PARKING LOT?
